A Dossier examines a person, theory, book, project, place, or body of ideas shaping the questions we explore. It establishes the background, identifies the central signal, considers competing interpretations, and separates lasting influence from unresolved claims.

Start with the event.
A Case File reopens one incident, encounter, document, or disputed claim. It gathers what can be established, distinguishes records from testimony, tests the major explanations, and leaves a clear ledger of what is documented, claimed, and still unresolved.

Deep Think
Start with the question.
A Deep Think takes one philosophical, scientific, or civilizational question and follows its implications carefully. These essays are less concerned with solving a mystery than with exposing the assumptions beneath it and asking what changes if those assumptions fail.

SPEC
Start with the possibility.
A SPEC is an immersive thought experiment: an explicitly speculative exploration of a world, system, intelligence, or future that may not be real but is worth imagining clearly. The purpose is not prediction. It is to use possibility as a lens on the present.
